At mQuern, we deliver food products with strict quality standards. Since we deal with perishable and consumable goods, returns and refunds follow food safety regulations.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

✔️ Package is tampered before delivery
✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Product is expired at delivery
✔️ Product has severe quality defect
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:
Opened products
Used products
Products stored improperly after delivery
Taste preferences
Natural variations in color, aroma, or texture
Food products cannot be resold once opened.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be approved after inspection.

Replacement shipment
Refund timeline:
5–10 business days after approval.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund (if eligible) excludes:
Payment gateway charges
Express shipping charges
COD handling charges (if applicable)
